PATNA – In a significant recognition of its dedicated efforts toward the promotion and implementation of the official language, REC Limited was conferred with a prestigious award by the Antarrashtriya Hindi Parishad (International Hindi Council) on August 27, 2026. The ceremony, held at the historic Bihar Legislative Assembly Hall in Patna, celebrated the organization’s sustained initiatives in integrating Hindi into its corporate framework.
The award was presented by the Governor of Nagaland, Nandkishore Yadav, and the Speaker of the Bihar Legislative Assembly, Dr. Prem Kumar. The event saw the attendance of several prominent dignitaries, including the former Governor of Sikkim, Ganga Prasad; former Union Ministers Ashwini Kumar Choubey and Sanjay Paswan; and the former Director General of Police (DGP) of Bihar, Alok Raj.
