Multiple emergency vehicles were spotted in West End Lane near Iverson Road at around 6pm today (March 30).
Pictures, obtained by London Now, shows several ambulances and police cars surrounded by a cordon.
Closures have been put in place as the incident is being dealt with.
Bus routes 139, 328 and C11 are currently on diversion.
The nature of the incident is unknown at this stage.
We understand that West Hampstead station is open and all services are operating as normal.
