Lomond Expands National Footprint with Strategic Acquisition of Ocean Property Services

Lomond, one of the UK’s fastest-growing property groups, has announced a significant milestone in its national expansion strategy with the acquisition of the Bristol-based Ocean Property Services Group. The move marks a major entry point for the firm into the South West of England, where it intends to establish a new regional hub.

The deal sees Lomond bring a well-established player into its fold. Founded over four decades ago, Ocean has evolved from a single-branch startup into a powerhouse of the Bristol property market, currently operating 12 offices. The agency offers a comprehensive suite of services, including residential sales, lettings, conveyancing, property management, and financial services.

This latest move highlights the aggressive growth trajectory of the Lomond group, which has now completed over 70 acquisitions. The company currently manages a portfolio of 72,000 properties and employs a workforce exceeding 2,600 people across more than 150 branches.
