A glimpse of the future apartments …
Boundary lines were redrawn in December for a Redmond retail complex on the east side of downtown. That goes by 7214 170th Ave. N.E., where the World Market/Big 5 building is bound for demolition. There’s not yet been a land sale for the now 3.2-acre parcel, which is bounded to the south by Bear Creek and the highway.
