South Louisiana businesses and nonprofit groups recently announced the following promotions, new hires and resignations.

Christopher Tusa has joined the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West. Tusa is the assistant vice president and business banking relationship manager for First Horizon Bank.  

Charlotte Jarreau has been appointed to the position of partnerships and community relations advisor for The Historic New Orleans Collection.

Shelby Wynne has been named the 2026-27 president of Junior League of New Orleans.

Elizabeth Egle has been hired by the LSU Health Foundation as its first managing director of external relations. Egle has previously held senior leadership roles at SBP, formerly known as the St. Bernard Project, and serves on the board of Kids Join the Fight.

Kevin Perque has been promoted to assistant director of campus logistics for the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Perque was, most recently, the Convention Center’s campus logistic parking manager, and he previously held operational and leadership positions with Reef Parking at the Four Seasons New Orleans and EZ Park.

Melissa Cresson has been hired as special counsel in the litigation practice group and a member of the commercial disputes team for Jones Walker. Cresson, a former Kean Miller partner, has represented industrial clients in high-stakes litigation involving mass toxic tort and class action claims.

Billy Wilson




Billy Wilson has joined Building Enclosure Consulting Inc. as a senior architect in the Florida-based firm’s Baton Rouge office, which opened in 2024. Wilson previously spent 30 years with the Office of State Buildings and of Facility Planning and Control.

Celena Cage has been hired by CK Associates as part of its water program. Cage previously spent 30 years with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, eventually becoming assistant secretary of the Office of Environmental Compliance. 

Barrett Dick and Zack Klein have been names as the leader a new national sales team for Guarantee Restoration Services. Dick is director of national sales and Klein is director of business development and marketing. As part of the expansion, the restoration contracting company has also hired David Stern, who formerly worked for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans organization, as a national sales executive. Chad Catalano, a sales manager and project coordinator who joined the company in January, is also part of the new team.
