UPTET Admit Card 2026: The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) will release the UPTET Admit Card 2026 on June 30 for candidates appearing in the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET). The examination is scheduled to be conducted from July 2 to July 4, 2026, across the state.Candidates appearing for the examination will be required to carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre. The hall ticket will be available for download through the official UPESSC website using the registration number and One-Time Password generated during registration. The UPTET exam city slip was released on June 22.Admit card details and download processThe UPTET 2026 examination is being conducted under Advertisement No. 01/UPTET/2026 to determine the eligibility of candidates seeking teaching positions in government and government-aided schools in Uttar Pradesh. The admit card will contain details such as the examination centre, reporting time, examination schedule and instructions for candidates.To download the admit card, candidates must visit the UPESSC website and access the U.P. Teacher Eligibility Test section under Candidate Services. After selecting the admit card link, candidates will need to log in using their registration number and One-Time Password, enter the captcha code and submit the details. The admit card will then be displayed on the screen for download and printing.Examination schedule and timingsThe examination will be conducted in offline mode in English and Hindi. Paper I, meant for candidates aspiring to teach Classes 1 to 5, will be held in the morning shift from 9:30 am to 12 noon. Paper II, for candidates seeking eligibility to teach Classes 6 to 8, will take place in the afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.Exam pattern for Paper I and Paper IIUPTET consists of two papers. Paper I is intended for candidates aiming to teach primary classes, while Paper II is for upper primary classes. Both papers include Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I, Language II and Mathematics as common subjects.In Paper II, candidates will additionally attempt either Mathematics and Science for mathematics and science teaching posts or Social Studies/Social Science for social science teaching posts. Each paper will contain 150 questions and will be conducted over a duration of two hours and 30 minutes.Candidates have been advised to verify all details printed on the admit card after downloading it and retain the document for examination day.
