IIT Madras, through its SWAYAM Plus platform, has launched six free Artificial Intelligence (AI) courses in Hindi under the AI for All initiative. The programme aims to make AI education accessible to learners across India, especially those who prefer learning in regional languages.
The beginner-friendly courses require no prior knowledge of AI or coding and are open to students, educators, professionals, and lifelong learners. The initiative is designed to bridge language barriers and promote inclusive access to emerging technology skills.

Offered through SWAYAM Plus, the courses cover foundational AI concepts and practical applications, enabling learners to build future-ready skills at no cost. IIT Madras said the initiative supports India’s broader goal of democratizing AI education and digital learning.
The launch is part of IIT Madras’ larger AI education push, which aims to train large numbers of learners and equip them for the growing AI-driven economy.
