From ‘The Odyssey’ to ‘Oppenheimer’, Matt Damon has worked on some of the biggest blockbusters over the years, and is currently one of the most respected stars in the industry. With a net worth USD 170 million, the movies star has quite a lot of investments around. With a large work portfolio, the actor has also quite a few real estate investments as well. Here is a list of all the spaces that Damon owns in his impressive portfolio.

Miami Beach house

One of the actor’s most beautiful properties, this Mediterranean beach house was bought in 2005 for USD 14.5 million. The same year he also married his long time partner, Luciana Barroso, whom he had met in Miami itself. The two neighbouring parcel provide a stunning view of their surroundings. Architectural Digest reported that the estate spans across 12,000 square feet, features a 170 feet of Biscayne Bay water frontage, as well as seven bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms. The space also has a guest house and main home as well on the plot, ans features personal spaces such as a rooftop terrace, a large swimming pool with an inset spa, a cabana, a movie theater, a wine cellar, an office, and a private terrace. In 2014, ‘The Martian’ actor officially sold the property for USD 15.4 million.

Located in The Standish, one of the most luxurious living spaces in Brooklyn Heights has a house set aside for the actor. He bought the penthouse triplex for a whopping amount of USD 16.745 million. The space features six bedrooms and an open space, in which the actor had moved into officially around 2020. At the time he had made headlines for blocking off the entire street to let the furniture and other deliveries come by easily.

Pacific Palisades mansion

This is another one of the longest lived spaces that the actor has been in. He bought the space in 2012, and stayed with it until he sold it off for the first time in 2021. The mansion spans across two floors and, there are currently seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom house which spanned 13,500 square feet. The main atrium features 35-foot-tall for optimal sunrise and health care. The home also has a billiards lounge, along with a modern space to play badminton, tennis, and other types of personalized spaces. In January 2021, the actor pitched the amount high at USD 21 million; however, the amount was reduced later that year to USD 18 million.

Bedford Hills estate

One of his most recently bought spaces, Damon spent USD 8.5 million for this estate in 2022. The ‘Bourne’ franchise star bought the colonial space that features four bedrooms, along with a five-and-a-half bath set that has an interior living space that spans across 7200 square feet alone. The property was built back in 2004, and also has a personal gym, a coffee bar, a luxe ensuite bathroom, and a private porch. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, a study with a wet bar, and two living areas with their own personalized fireplace. The home is situated on a 13.5-acre property and also has a 45-foot-long saltwater pool, a stream, a pond, woodland trails, rope bridges, a treehouse, a greenhouse, a barn, a basketball hoop area, along with a tennis court. This is one of the most well-equipped spaces that the actor still owns. This is where the actor spends most of his time with his family.

While the actor’s love for New York knows no bounds, he also owns a property in West Hollywood. The space had originally been designed and created in 1964; however, it was newly renovated in 2024, the same year the actor paid around USD 8.6 million for the luxury unit. The building where the unit is located originally used to be a Los Angeles International Design Center; however, all nine storeys of the building were later repurposed and renovated into residential complexes. Damon mainly lives here when his work commitments bring him to the West Coast. Spread out across 2600 square feet, the space includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a 1,600-square-foot terrace, offering a stunning view of the Hollywood Hills nearby. The building also offers specialized amenities such as a large 2,300-square-foot fitness and yoga facility, along with a relaxing, resort-style pool and a dining area, along with 24-hour valet services.
