A Blockbuster That Reset the Bar | Dhurandhar Part 1 delivered numbers rarely seen in Hindi cinema and quickly became a benchmark for commercial success. It is among the highest-grossing Indian films of all time and was one of the fastest Hindi films to enter the ₹1,000 crore global club. The film recorded over ₹1,300 crore worldwide gross and more than ₹800 crore net in India, making it the highest ever for a Hindi film. Industry estimates suggest its lifetime domestic net could reach between ₹1,100 and ₹1,300 crore, which would be a first for a Hindi original film.

The Sequel Is Already Breaking Records | Even before its full release, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has set new benchmarks at the box office. It currently holds the number one spot in India for paid preview collections, earning ₹44 crore. Entry Into a Rare Pre-Sales Club | The sequel has already entered an elite club by crossing ₹100 crore in opening weekend pre-sales. It is only the eighth Indian film and the first Hindi film to achieve this milestone. Other films in this league include Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, RRR, KGF Chapter 2, Leo, Kalki 2898 AD, Pushpa 2: The Rule, and Coolie. Analysts expect the sequel to deliver a domestic lifetime net between ₹1,100 and ₹1,300 crore, potentially making it the first Hindi original film to cross the ₹1,000 crore mark.
