Panorama Studios International Limited has executed a theatrical distribution agreement with DKS FILM LLP for the Hindi film ‘Daadi Ki Shaadi’ starring Kapil Sharma, Sadia Khateeb, R Sarathkumar, Neetu Kapoor, and Ridhima Kapoor. The agreement covers theatrical rights for pan India and overseas territories excluding France and Turkey. The development was announced under SEBI Regulation 30 compliance requirements.
