US Congressman Names Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor in Explosive Speech Regarding Epstein Files
In a dramatic appearance on the floor of the House of Representatives, Kentucky Congressman Thomas Massie publicly accused Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor of committing sex crimes within the United States.
The scathing remarks came as part of a broader push by Massie for greater transparency regarding the long-sought documents related to the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Massie utilized his allotted time to demand that the Department of Justice prioritize the investigation and prosecution of those associated with Epstein’s network.
Mounting Pressure for Transparency
Massie’s speech served as a sharp critique of the current administration, with the congressman alleging that approximately three million additional documents remain withheld despite previous promises of full disclosure. “We want perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted,” Massie declared, slamming the podium for emphasis.
Beyond mentioning Mountbatten-Windsor, the Congressman identified several other high-profile individuals, including former Barclays CEO Jes Staley and magician David Copperfield, as figures who deserve further scrutiny.
“Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice,” Massie added. The representative has since confirmed via social media that he is actively collecting 218 signatures for a discharge petition intended to force a vote on the “Epstein Files Transparency Act II.”
A Royal in Exile
The accusations arrive at a time of profound isolation for the former royal. Since being stripped of his titles and privileges by King Charles in October 2025, Mountbatten-Windsor’s status has shifted significantly. In February 2026, he and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, were evicted from their long-term residence, the Royal Lodge. Shortly thereafter, on his 66th birthday, he was arrested at his new base on the Sandringham estate on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
While that separate investigation remains ongoing and he has not been formally charged with a crime in that instance, the scrutiny surrounding his past associations continues to intensify. Representatives for Mountbatten-Windsor have consistently denied any wrongdoing throughout the years of public speculation.

As the legal and political pressure mounts, the fallout continues to impact his former life. The Royal Lodge—the historic Windsor property he once shared with the Duchess of York—is now officially available for lease.
Reports indicate that the property is being marketed with stringent vetting processes, with prospective tenants required to undergo “strict security tests” before being considered for the residence. As the public debate over the Epstein files continues to gain momentum in Washington, the future of the man once known as the Duke of York appears more uncertain than ever.
