After dominating Hindi belt, Ranveer Singh’s film conquers South, beats Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan record, earns Rs…

Dhurandhar 2 is not just a hit, it is changing how Bollywood films perform in South India. For years, South films worked well in Hindi markets, but this film has reversed that trend.

Dhurandhar day 13 collection

Dhurandhar 2 collected Rs 27.75 crore on Day 13, with Rs 26 crore coming from the Hindi belt alone. The South markets contributed a total of Rs 1.75 crore for the day, including Rs 1 crore from Telugu, Rs 55 lakh from Tamil, Rs 15 lakh from Kannada, and Rs 5 lakh from Malayalam.

Record in Karnataka

Karnataka has been the biggest contributor, where the film has crossed Rs 100 crore, something no Bollywood film has done before.

Strong run in Telugu states

In Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, the film has earned around Rs 78 crore and is moving towards the Rs 100 crore mark there as well.

Impressive numbers in Kerala and Tamil Nadu

Even in tougher markets like Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the film is doing well. It has earned Rs 15.6 crore in Kerala and nearly Rs 30 crore in Tamil Nadu.

Beats Jawan record

Dhurandhar 2 has overtaken Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan to become the highest grossing Hindi film in the combined South Indian markets (Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana), earning over Rs 200 crore net in the region.
