The TWFRS spokesperson continued: “An adult male, adult female, one child and a dog were rescued from a first-floor window by a neighbour using a ladder prior to our arrival.
“An adult female, a child and a dog had self-rescued from a ground floor window and were unharmed.
“Fire crews used breathing apparatus and hose reels to safely extinguish the blaze, before leaving the scene shortly before 03:00.”
