Kylie Jenner is reportedly being sued by a former housekeeper in a filing that alleges she was discriminated against and bullied.

Angelica Vazquez is said to have filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles and is seeking damages against the beauty mogul and two companies.

The 28-year-old mother of two is not named in the filing as a direct source of the alleged mistreatment, but she is listed as a defendant in the claim.

In the court documents, Vazquez is said to detail allegations from the time she worked for Jenner between September 2024 and August 2025.

Vasquez reportedly worked at Jenner’s Beverly Hills home first, before she was moved to her Hidden Hills property.

She claims she was ‘treated with hostility and exclusion’ from her first day in the job, according to court documents seen by People and TMZ.

In the filing, Vazquez reportedly alleges she was ‘subjected to severe and pervasive harassment’ by other staff members, including the head housekeeper.

The list of claims quoted by both publications from the filing includes that she was ‘routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment.’

In the document, Vazquez is reportedly identified as a Salvadoran woman and a practising Catholic.

She alleges that she was on the receiving end of ‘repeated discriminatory and derogatory comments’ about her religion and immigration status.

Jenner’s household is reportedly characterised in the filing as a ‘toxic and abusive work environment’.

Vazquez claims that her complaints on the matter were ‘dismissed, mocked or ignored’, according to the document seen by People.

She also alleges that a colleague threw hangers at her feet while reprimanding her in March 2025.

Jenner’s former housekeeper alleges she developed anxiety and ‘symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder’.

She claims she ‘had no choice but to resign’ in August 2025, amid the ‘intolerable’ working conditions.
