Panorama Studios International executed a licensing agreement with M/s Lovely Films Private Limited on 07/05/2026 for the syndication of non-theatrical rights on an exclusive basis for the whole world territory of the Hindi film ‘Kissa Court Kachehari Ka’. The film is directed by Rajnish Jaiswal and stars Rajesh Sharma, Brijendra Kala, Neelu Kaur Kohli, Anju Jadhav, Susheel Chandar Bhan Parashar, Krishna Singh Bisht, and Avanya Kumari. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
