FHP has completed the £5m sale of Trentside in West Bridgford in an off-market deal involving private clients.
The 35,000 sq ft office and workshop complex, which fronts the River Trent, is fully let to the Environment Agency.
The property was acquired by a private investor, with the deal reflecting a net initial yield of 7.3%.
The three-storey building comprises office and workshop space and serves as the Environment Agency’s Nottingham base.
The vendors were represented by Mark Tomlinson, director at FHP, alongside Mike Wells Associates.
