When Johnston Framework was founded in 1979 (as Johnston Training Group), the breakthrough technology was overhead projectors. Desktop publishing, PowerPoint, InDesign, online submittals, and virtual communications—each wave changed project pursuits without changing what actually wins. AI is different. It threatens to dissolve the thing that selection panels are actually looking for: evidence that a specific team thought hard about a specific project.
