Holland pays over $18M for Fremont site; 185 units to follow

  • Demolition permits appear to be in place for the commercial strip once home to Caffe Ladro and Baila Bar.
  • The midrise apartments will replace the old commercial strip on 36th.

    The master use permit came just over a year ago for new midrise apartments planned at 452 N. 36th St., to replace an old Fremont commercial strip. And this week Holland Partner Group closed the $18.5 million land sale.
