Burger King launches iconic Pringles flavour in huge menu shake-up for fans

Burger King has teamed up with Pringles to launch a brand new Chicken Fries flavour inspired by the iconic Sour Cream & Onion crisps – and fans can buy them now

Burger King fans are in for a treat as the fast food giant has teamed up with Pringles for a brand new menu item inspired by one of the crisp brand’s most iconic flavours.

The two food favourites have reunited to launch Pringles Sour Cream & Onion Chicken Fries, which are now available in Burger King restaurants across the UK. The latest collaboration takes Burger King’s hugely popular Chicken Fries and gives them a flavour-packed makeover using the famous Pringles Sour Cream & Onion seasoning.

Chicken Fries have built up a cult following over the years thanks to their crispy coating, juicy 100% chicken breast filling and distinctive shape. Every time they return to menus, fans rush to get their hands on them – and Burger King is hoping this new version will be no different.

The new snack combines the savoury tang of sour cream with zesty onion seasoning, creating what the brands describe as the perfect balance of crunch and flavour.

Beth Brushett from Pringles said: “We knew Pringles Sour Cream & Onion was already iconic, so it only made sense to give it a new home on Burger King Chicken Fries.

“The collaboration brings those bold, unmistakable flavours straight to Chicken Fries. No digging required!”

To celebrate the launch, Pringles and Burger King even opened a one-off “Crumb Exchange” at Burger King Tottenham Hale, where fans could swap empty Pringles tubes for a free portion of the new Chicken Fries ahead of the nationwide release.

The launch doesn’t stop there. Burger King has also unveiled a brand new Pringles King Box, priced from £6.49.

The meal deal includes a choice of a Classic Chicken, Beef or BBQ Melt burger, alongside four pieces of the new Pringles Sour Cream & Onion Chicken Fries, fries and a drink.

Meanwhile, customers wanting to try the new Chicken Fries on their own can pick them up from £5.49.

The new menu item is available now in Burger King restaurants nationwide, via the Burger King app for Click & Collect and through delivery services.

With two iconic brands joining forces once again, crisp lovers and fast-food fans alike may want to get involved before these limited-edition Chicken Fries disappear from menus.
