Four years ago in Lynnwood, making a contrarian bet on the office market, Nitze-Stagen acquired the Northview Center building for $46 million. That’s south of the freeway, at Exit 181A. There’s lots of parking. Then, north of the freeway, Lynnwood City Center Station opened to light-rail passengers two summers ago. By foot, it’s about 18 minutes away. So, time to rethink all that parking?
