Lotte India, one of the country’s leading confectionery companies and part of the global Lotte Group, has appointed Dentsu Creative as its creative agency partner. The account was won following a multi-agency pitch and will be managed by the agency’s Chennai office.
The mandate marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening Lotte’s portfolio of iconic brands while building new consumer experiences for a rapidly evolving generation of snack lovers. Dentsu Creative will lead brand strategy, creative development, and integrated campaigns across key brands such as Choco Pie, PEPERO, Joee & Toffee range (Coffy Bite, Eclairs, Coconut Punch, Lacto King, Caramilk , Chewits, Lolly Bliss, Lotte Juicies, Joee), beginning with a new campaign of PEPERO, Korea’s No.1 snack brand, in India.

Lotte India has built a strong legacy in the confectionery category through household favourites such as Coffy Bite, Lotte Eclairs, Caramilk and Choco Pie, earning a place across generations of Indian consumers.
