The demo permit for a vacant old Wells Fargo branch at 325 Denny Way came earlier this month, with Synergy attached as the demolition contractor. The building, which dates to 1951, has been fenced since the Belltown property sold last November. (The bank previously relocated to the nearby KOMO Plaza.)
