The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) reported 192 combat engagements as of 10 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, with Russian forces launching missile strikes, guided aerial bombs (KABs) and thousands of drone attacks. The Pokrovsk direction saw the most intense fighting, with 25 assaults recorded.

According to the General Staff’s evening update, Russian forces carried out a strike using two missiles, conducted 53 airstrikes and dropped 176 guided aerial bombs (KABs).
