Vismaya Mohanlal Makes Her Debut in Thriller

‘Thudakkam’ marks a significant milestone as it features Vismaya Mohanlal in her debut as a lead actor. Directed by Jude Anthany Joseph, the film is a thriller that reportedly places considerable emphasis on suspense and atmospheric tension. Adding to the film’s appeal, veteran actor Mohanlal also makes a cameo appearance.

An exclusive review by ETimes lauded aspects of ‘Thudakkam’, particularly its climax, technical prowess, and the portrayal of the antagonist. The review highlighted, “The climax works, but only to an extent. The villain on his own was strong, but adding the accessories to him, while creating plenty of stunt possibilities, also made him feel a bit typical. Akhil George and Jomon T John’s camerawork along with Chaman Chacko’s editing elevates the thrills in the first half while beautifully capturing both the beauty and desolation of Idukki. Jakes Bejoy’s music breathes life into the film.”
