This represents a remarkable 36.4% jump in net earnings for India on its third day of release, achieved across 4,639 shows nationwide.
‘DC’ commenced its theatrical run with an opening of Rs 4.40 crore on Friday. Its earnings steadily climbed on the second day, culminating in the significant surge observed on Sunday. With the third-day figures incorporated, the cumulative net collection for ‘DC’ in India now stands at Rs 20.95 crore. The film’s gross India collection has reached Rs 24.11 crore. Notably, ‘DC’ recorded an overall occupancy of 40.1% on Sunday, firmly establishing the Lokesh Kanagaraj-starrer as another surprising success story from Tollywood this year, following in the footsteps of ‘Blast’.
