The makers of ‘Dhamaal 4’ have unveiled Saree, the latest song from the upcoming comedy entertainer. The track is a reimagined version of Sanju Rathod’s blockbuster Marathi hit “Gulabi Sadi”. While retaining the core melody, the song has been recreated for Hindi audiences with a fresh arrangement by Tanishk Bagchi. Kumaar has written the new lyrics for the Bollywood version.The audio track has already been released, while the official music video is scheduled to premiere on June 27. Released on February 6, 2024, “Gulabi Sadi” turned into one of the biggest Marathi music successes in recent years. Sanju Rathod served as the singer, lyricist and composer, while G-Spark (Gaurav Rathod) produced the music. Its popularity also led to numerous DJ edits and Dhumal brass band versions, making it one of the most recognisable Marathi tracks in recent times. With Saree, the melody has now made its way into mainstream Bollywood through Dhamaal 4.
