Firefighters are currently tackling a fire in Washington, with members of the public advised to avoid the area.
The fire is ongoing and emergency services are in attendance.
Smoke can be seen billowing into the air from one of the factories on Crowther Industrial Estate as firefighters are still tackling the blaze.

A significant police presence is also in the area with the entrance into the industrial estate cordoned off by police tape with the road also blocked by police vehicles.
A Tyne and Wear Fire Service spokesperson said: “We have five appliances and an aerial ladder platform in attendance at a factory fire in Crowther Industrial Estate, Washington.
“We are receiving a high volume of calls due to smoke being visible from the A1, A194 and the Sunderland Highway.
“We would like to advise members of the public to avoid the area if possible, and anyone in the vicinity to keep their windows and doors closed.”
