House prosecution panel legal spokesperson Atty. Benjamin Tolosa said that the House prosecutors decided not to file any comment on the Pre-Trial Order issued by the Senate impeachment court.
“We will not be filing a Comment on the Pre-Trial Order to avoid any possibility that it could be used to delay the hearing on July 6,” said Tolosa.
“In any event, there are no significant issues in the Pre-Trial Order that require correction,” he added.
The Pre-Trial Order serves as the roadmap for the upcoming impeachment trial, outlining the undisputed facts, admissible evidence, witnesses, and procedural rules.
