NEW DELHI, July 14 (Reuters) – India has prohibited the import of goods produced or manufactured using forced labour, the commerce ministry said in a notification on Tuesday.
The notification, dated Monday, said it “empower(s) the central government to prohibit, by notification, the import of goods produced or manufactured, wholly or in part, through the use of forced labour”.
