Abhijeet Dipke, who launched the wildly popular parody website Cockroach Janta Party last month, arrived in India from Boston on Saturday before leading a peaceful protest demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Authorities in May canceled India’s largest medical entrance exam — taken by more than 2.27 million aspirants — after investigators found signs questions had been circulating early.
