As we celebrate Independence Day and the height of summer in Northern Arizona, we’re reflecting on the meaningful moments that brought our community together throughout June, and we are looking ahead to an exciting July.
Last month, we were proud to support two outstanding local events that exemplify the generosity, history and spirit of Flagstaff.
On June 13, Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona had the honor of serving as the Savory Sponsor for Childhelp Flagstaff Chapter’s annual 25 Men Who Think They Can Cook fundraiser. The event brought together community leaders, supporters and local organizations for an unforgettable evening benefiting children and families throughout Northern Arizona. We were grateful to support an organization whose mission continues to make a lasting impact in our community.
Earlier in June, we participated in the Route 66 Centennial Celebration in downtown Flagstaff, proudly displaying our restored 1964 Mercedes-Benz L 319 Pickup Truck. As the city commemorated 100 years of one of America’s most iconic highways, we were honored to share a piece of Mercedes-Benz history with residents and visitors alike. Route 66 remains deeply woven into Flagstaff’s identity, symbolizing adventure, connection and the enduring spirit that defines our region.
These events served as powerful reminders that Flagstaff is made up of remarkable people – dedicated volunteers, local businesses, nonprofit organizations, community leaders and neighbors – who consistently support one another. That spirit is what makes Northern Arizona such a special place to call home.
As we turn our attention to July, we invite the community to celebrate with us during Flagstaff’s Fourth of July festivities.
