Now over four decades old, the Pryde Building lies a little east of Interstate 405 in Bellevue, facing the Lexus dealership. That two-story office building at 50 116th Ave. S.E . is on Bellevue’s fast-disappearing Auto Row, but not really a part of it. It’s home to various tenants including the owner, Pryde Corporation, which doesn’t seem to have been the original developer.
