South Wales Fire and Rescue Service is offering support sessions for those affected by the huge wildfire in Blaenavon which has been burning for over a week. Crews will be joining partner agencies for a series of drop-in sessions giving residents the opportunity to ask questions and receive the latest information about the ongoing incident in Blaenavon, according to the fire service.

Representatives from the local authority, Public Health Wales, Natural Resources Wales and South Wales Fire and Rescue Service will be on hand to provide updates, answer questions and offer advice.
Tuesday, July 28th:
- Blaenavon Fire Station – 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Blaenavon Fire Station – 1.30pm to 4.30pm
Wednesday, July 29
- Blaenavon Fire Station – 9.30am to 12.30pm
- Blaenavon Fire Station – 1.30pm to 4.30pm
“We encourage anyone affected, or with concerns about the incident, to come along and speak with the agencies involved,” the fire service said.
