CHENNAI – Tube Investments of India Ltd experienced a 2.15% decline in its stock price, trading at Rs 2,754.60 at 12:58 pm on Tuesday. The company, a constituent of the Nifty Midcap 150 index, saw a noticeable drop from its previous closing price. This decline occurred amidst a generally bearish market sentiment.
Despite the recent stock dip, Tube Investments of India Ltd has demonstrated a consistent upward trajectory in its consolidated revenue over the past five quarters. For the quarter ending March 2026, the company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 6,214.74 Crore, a significant increase from Rs 5,149.96 Crore recorded in the quarter ending March 2025. However, net profit for the quarter ending March 2026 stood at Rs 234.10 Crore, a decrease compared to Rs 158.22 Crore in the same quarter of the previous year. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the March 2026 quarter was 4.42.
On an annual consolidated basis, the company’s revenue has shown substantial growth, escalating from Rs 12,525.30 Crore in 2022 to Rs 22,847.43 Crore in 2026. Net profit also followed an upward trend, rising from Rs 994.31 Crore in 2022 to Rs 1,116.63 Crore in 2026. Furthermore, Tube Investments of India Ltd has consistently reduced its Debt to Equity ratio, reaching a low of 0.05 for the year ending March 2026, indicating improved financial leverage.
In terms of corporate actions, the company announced a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share (150%) with an effective date of August 7, 2026. This follows an interim dividend of Rs 2.00 per share (200%) declared on February 4, 2026, which became effective on February 10, 2026. The company has also scheduled an analyst/investor meet for the Q1 FY 2026-27 earnings call and allotted 4001 shares on July 27, 2026.
