New Delhi: JioStar has unveiled a sharper digital product play for Tata IPL 2026, with a dedicated Hindi digital feed and more than 20 viewing options across JioHotstar and Star Sports Network.
The network said the new season’s coverage will combine language choice, accessibility features and interactive viewing tools to widen audience access and deepen engagement across screens.
For the first time, JioHotstar will offer a dedicated Hindi digital feed that lets fans watch along with former Tata IPL champions and former cricketers as the action unfolds.
The feed will feature Ravichandran Ashwin, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Virender Sehwag, Irfan Pathan, Umesh Yadav, Cheteshwar Pujara and Aakash Chopra, with the platform positioning it as a watch-along experience built around dressing room stories, player insights and live analysis.
JioStar said its IPL 2026 presentation will span 20-plus feeds and involve more than 150 presenters and experts across JioHotstar and Star Sports Network.
While Star Sports Network will carry the tournament in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, JioHotstar will stream it in 12 languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Haryanvi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and Malayalam.
The digital offering will also include Indian Sign Language and an audio descriptive feed.
The company is also bringing back MaxView in Hindi and English on JioHotstar. Fans will also get a multi-cam experience with five camera options, including Hero Cam, Stump Cam, Batter Cam, Field View and a multi-view angle.
Ashwin’s addition is among the headline changes in this year’s line-up, with the former India spinner set to make his commentary debut in JioStar’s studios. He will be joined by Sehwag, AB de Villiers, Pathan, Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Faf du Plessis and Anil Kumble. The wider expert panel will also feature Ravi Shastri, Sunil Gavaskar, Michael Clarke, Eoin Morgan, Aaron Finch, Dale Steyn and Kevin Pietersen, among others.
JioStar is also strengthening its regional presence. Its Tamil feed adds former Sri Lanka all-rounder Russel Arnold and RJ Balaji. Familiar faces such as Manvinder Bisla, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Ajay Jadeja, Kiran More and S Badrinath will also return to the network’s regional feeds.
Across language streams, the company has lined up names such as MSK Prasad and Hanuma Vihari for Telugu, Vinay Kumar and Veda Krishnamurthy for Kannada, Dhawal Kulkarni and Aditya Tare for Marathi, and Jhulan Goswami for Bengali, besides other presenters and analysts.
The 19th edition of Tata IPL will bring together three generations of players, from younger names such as Vaibhav Suryavanshi, Priyansh Arya and Ayush Mhatre to established stars including Hardik Pandya, Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer, alongside veterans such as Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma.
