UK-based quality assurance provider Intertek (LON:ITRK) has acquired the assets of a solar PV laboratory in India from Mitsui Chemicals India Pvt Ltd, a local unit of Japan’s Mitsui Chemicals Inc (TYO:4183), as it looks to tap into the country’s growing solar market.
