Officials in Colombia say they can no longer manage a growing population of hippos brought by drug lord Pablo Escobar. Now, the son of an Indian billionaire is offering to relocate dozens to his zoo, which is shrouded in a controversy of its own. NBC News’ Danielle Hamamdijan reports.
