Air India has announced 36 extra international flights between March 19 and 28, 2026. The new flights will run on five routes, adding a total of 10,012 seats. The addition of the extra routes comes amid high demand for international travel due to the ongoing situation in West Asia.

In response to sustained high demand for international travel amid the ongoing situation in West Asia, Air India will operate 36 extra flights on 5 routes between 19 and 28 March.

According to a report on Air India’s official website, the flights will provide more choice for travellers as travel options remain limited due to the ongoing West Asia conflict. The airline will be operating additional flights on the following routes:
- Delhi to London (Heathrow Airport)
- Mumbai to London (Heathrow Airport)
- Delhi to Frankfurt
- Delhi to Zurich
- Delhi to Toronto
