The makers of the Hindi version of Drishyam 3 have reportedly made significant changes to the storyline and twists, setting it apart from the recently released Malayalam original while retaining the core essence of the franchise. With shooting already completed, the film is now being prepared for its theatrical release on October 2, 2026.
