This is a bad news/good news story. DJC readers know how the Martin Selig Real Estate empire is being gradually sold off by prior lenders. So, bad news. Several parking lots have changed hands, and some of those will see new apartment buildings. In a city where housing is desperately needed, that’s the good news.
