Anjali Parikh | UCL Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment


Anjali’s determination to shape a more peaceful and sustainable future led her to the IIPP. Her fierce sense of justice and equality has driven her involvement in projects focused on poverty reduction, anti-racism and decolonization, and community development. Most recently, Anjali worked at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities, advocating for the interests of local governments across Canada to be represented in federal policies and programs. She aspires to work for organizations and governments unafraid to make bold, brave, and inclusive policy decisions. Growing up on Canada’s west coast, Anjali developed a deep connection to the outdoors, which continues to inspire her leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Studies and Global Development from Queen’s University.
