Agency creates four director posts as part of growth programme

The Agency UK (TAUK) is significantly bolstering its operational framework by establishing four new director positions, a strategic move designed to accelerate its ambitious growth agenda. Founded in December 2020, TAUK has rapidly expanded, now boasting a network of over 250 self-employed agents operating across England, Scotland, and Wales.

The London division, under the astute leadership of Chief Commercial Officer Chris Buckler, is at the forefront of this expansion. Buckler, who integrated his own brokerage into TAUK 18 months prior, is now orchestrating a novel structural change. This involves the introduction of four London directors, each reporting directly to Buckler and assigned responsibility for developing a specific quadrant of the capital. Their core mandate will revolve around leveraging their extensive experience in key areas such as agent attraction, mentorship, coaching, and leadership development.

While the company is actively recruiting for two of these directorships, specifically to oversee the North West and North East areas of London, two successful candidates have already been appointed. Isaac Bull, formerly the divisional director for London and the South East at online agency Yopa, brings a wealth of experience from senior roles at prominent firms including Haart, Hamptons, and Connells. He will collaborate closely with Buckler to spearhead growth initiatives across South East London. Complementing this, Dale Woods has also joined TAUK. With nearly two decades of experience at Connells Group, where he most recently served as senior area director, Woods will be instrumental in supporting TAUK’s growth strategy through his expertise in agent attraction and mentoring.

Buckler emphasized the proven success of TAUK’s distinctive estate agency model over the past 18 months, highlighting a clear demand for its innovative approach. He noted that London holds substantial potential to become a cornerstone of the broader TAUK enterprise, and the company has diligently laid the groundwork to create a genuinely unique offering in the marketplace. The implementation of the London Director structure, coupled with the rollout of new lead generation initiatives and continuous investment in agent support, is specifically designed to empower agents to cultivate stronger, more sustainable businesses. Buckler underscored that Bull and Woods were brought on board primarily for their ability to contribute to the agents’ success, citing their outstanding reputations for attracting, mentoring, and developing talented professionals throughout their careers. As TAUK continues its expansion across London, the presence of leaders of such high caliber provides their business partners with unparalleled access to experience, guidance, and support, ultimately accelerating their success.

Earlier this year, TAUK distinguished itself by being the sole agency featured in The Sunday Times 100 list of the fastest-growing private companies. Co-founder Steph Voss attributed this rapid expansion to an unwavering focus on agent success. Voss articulated that when agents are equipped with the right technology, marketing support, mentorship, community, and commercial opportunities, they can achieve performance levels often deemed unattainable in a self-employed environment. She views the company’s growth as a direct outcome of empowering exceptional individuals to build thriving businesses. Voss further expressed excitement about TAUK’s journey, acknowledging the solid foundation already established but emphasizing the vastly larger opportunities that lie ahead. The company is actively seeking ambitious estate agency leaders eager to contribute to shaping its future trajectory.
