To be eligible, candidates were required to hold a Class 10 qualification alongside an ITI, NTC, or NAC certification. Junior Technicians will receive a monthly salary of ₹21,000 plus applicable allowances. Beyond the CBT, these candidates are required to undergo a trade or skill test to evaluate their practical proficiency.
- Executive Cadre: This category comprises 208 vacancies ranging from Junior Manager to Consultant positions. Depending on the specific role, candidates were required to hold degrees such as B.E., B.Tech, MBA, CA, or CS, or a relevant postgraduate degree. Remuneration for these roles varies significantly, reaching up to ₹1,20,000 per month. Those shortlisted after the CBT for these managerial positions will be invited for a personal interview.
