Emergency services were called to Rowson Street in New Brighton at around 11.30am after a crash involving a cyclist.
The cyclist, a man in his 50s, had swerved to avoid hitting a light-coloured Fiat 500 and smashed into a stationary van on Rowson Street. He has been taken to hospital.
