New Lollipop Chainsaw Title to Feature Playable Demo at Tokyo Game Show 2026

Dragami Games has officially confirmed that the highly anticipated new Lollipop Chainsaw game, first unveiled in July 2025, will make its public debut with a playable demo at Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2026. The event is scheduled to take place from September 17 to 21 at the Makuhari Messe convention center in Chiba, Japan.

Attendees can get their hands on the upcoming title at the SEGA / ATLUS booth. This appearance highlights a strategic partnership between the two companies, as SEGA has been tapped to serve as the official distribution partner for the game across Japan and Southeast Asia.

Hands-On Rewards and Special Guests

To celebrate the demo’s arrival, Dragami Games is offering exclusive incentives for booth visitors. Those who play the demo will walk away with an original Lollipop Chainsaw keychain, while supplies last. Additionally, all visitors to the booth will receive a branded logo sticker.

Fans can also look forward to a special appearance by official series ambassador and renowned cosplayer PeachMilky, who will be in attendance dressed as the series’ iconic protagonist, Juliet Starling.

Stage Events and “Major Announcements”

Beyond the floor demo, the Lollipop Chainsaw team has scheduled two high-profile stage events to generate buzz for the new project:

  • SEGA / ATLUS Booth Stage Event: Held on September 18 from 11:40 to 12:10 JST.
  • TGS 2026 Main Stage Event: Held on September 19 from 9:40 to 10:30 JST.

The Main Stage event promises a deep dive into the world of the new game. The presentation will feature a promotional video, a showcase of a life-sized replica of Juliet’s signature weapon, and insights from key development staff, including Director Mr. Nasu and JP Univers CEO Mr. Tabata. Notably, the developers have teased that a “major announcement” regarding the project is expected during the presentation.

While excitement continues to build for the series’ return, Dragami Games has yet to disclose the official title of the game or the platforms on which it will be released. With the TGS presentation approaching, fans are hopeful that these lingering details will be addressed later this month.
