The land, being offered by Foundation Group, hasn’t yet sold. However, apartment plans have been brewing since January next to Marymoor Station, at 17351 N.E. 70th St. That’s a Redmond industrial property directly south of the station (and state Route 520), now used mostly for car and boat storage.
