TMZ reported that the TV star and chef was officially granted a temporary restraining order against his ex, as well as her father, for the time being. The report also stated that the judge ordered the two of them to vacate the star’s premises where they had been staying.The news comes after Sandoval reported that he was allegedly attacked in his own home by the father-daughter duo. As per the report, he stated that the abusive behaviour had been ongoing for a while; however, the incident on June 3 prompted him to call the police.It was mentioned that after Victoria and ‘The Traitors’ star were arguing, he noticed that she had been recording the entire ordeal. As the night progressed, Lee’s father became aggressive and punched a hole in the wall and the door of the room where he was hiding. He also alleged that J. Will Robinson “lunged at him” and punched him in the face, resulting in a neck and ear injury. Authorities were later called to the premises, and Victoria and her father were arrested.In the report, it has also revealed that Tom alleged the abuse had been ongoing for the past two years, ever since the two of them started dating. She “insulted and demeaned” him as per the report and mentioned several derogatory names and comments she used against him on multiple occasions.A statement from the filing reads, “[Robinson] and her father continue to reside in our rental home, which I am presently paying for. Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate [Robinson’s] abuse any longer.” He also mentioned that he is concerned for his safety and wishes to have a restraining order granted, which was approved.“My efforts to maintain the peace have been met with further hostile behavior from [Robinson].
