Bengaluru, India – Renowned Kannada superstar Yash and his wife, former actress Radhika Pandit, are marking a significant personal milestone today: the tenth anniversary of their engagement. The power couple, known for their captivating on-screen chemistry and enduring off-screen romance, took to social media to commemorate the special occasion, offering fans a glimpse into their cherished journey.

Radhika Pandit, an active presence on Instagram, shared a heartwarming video compilation from their engagement ceremony a decade ago. Her post, laden with affection and nostalgia, read, "10 years engaged, a lifetime in love.. our favourite story, still being written. 12/8/2016. You will always be my favourite YES. #radhikapandit #nimmaRP." The caption beautifully encapsulates the essence of their enduring relationship, emphasizing a love story that continues to unfold.

The couple’s story began in 2007 on the sets of the television show ‘Nanda Gokula’, where they first met and forged a strong friendship. This camaraderie blossomed into a romance, though they chose to keep their relationship private for several years. Their engagement took place in Goa in 2016, followed by their wedding in the same year. Their nuptials were celebrated with two grand receptions: one for close friends and family, and another larger event for their legions of fans held at the iconic Bengaluru Palace. Today, Yash and Radhika are proud parents to two children, frequently sharing glimpses of their joyful family life with their enthusiastic followers.

This personal celebration comes amidst a bustling professional period for Yash, who is on the cusp of one of the most anticipated releases of his career. His upcoming film, ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale For Grown-Ups’, is slated for a grand release on August 26. The actor recently spoke at the film’s trailer launch in Bengaluru, acknowledging the unwavering support he received from Radhika during the demanding production process.

"I want to thank my wife. It’s not easy to be associated with me in any way. I am a difficult person to be with," Yash confessed, highlighting the immense pressure and commitment involved in bringing ‘Toxic’ to life. "This particular film was really demanding, and I pushed myself beyond my comfort zone. I had 2-3 different looks and too much time was required. She has been a big support for me," he added, crediting Radhika for her understanding and encouragement throughout the challenging project.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, ‘Toxic’ boasts an impressive ensemble cast alongside Yash, including Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Nayanthara, and Rukmini Vasanth in pivotal roles. The film is expected to be a significant cinematic event, further solidifying Yash’s position as a leading figure in Indian cinema.

Beyond ‘Toxic’, Yash is also set to portray the formidable character of Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari’s ambitious mythological epic, ‘Ramayana‘. This highly anticipated project will see him share the screen with Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Goddess Sita.

As Yash embarks on these exciting professional ventures, the ten-year anniversary of his engagement to Radhika Pandit serves as a powerful reminder of the strong foundation of love and mutual support that underpins his success. Their journey, from television co-stars to one of India’s most admired couples, continues to inspire and resonate with fans across the nation.
