NEW DELHI, March 27 (Reuters) – India’s defence acquisition council approved proposals worth 2.38 trillion rupees ($25 billion) on Friday to buy medium transport aircraft, Russian S-400 surface-to-air missile systems, and remotely piloted strike aircraft, the government said in a statement.
