About the Film
DC marks a bold transition for Lokesh Kanagaraj, who steps in front of the camera as a lead for the first time. Starring alongside Wamiqa Gabbi and Sanjana Krishnamoorthy, the narrative centers on Das, an outlaw whose life becomes dangerously intertwined with Chandra, a sex worker. The plot takes a dark and violent turn following the tragic death of a local bar singer, Parvathy.
While the film has garnered mixed reviews for its narrative pacing, critics and fans alike have praised Anirudh Ravichander’s background score, which many cite as a standout element that elevates the intensity of the action-heavy sequences.
